Dr. Kelly Stevens

PT, DPT She/Her

Dr. Kelly attended the University of Missouri, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences. She later received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. During a clinical rotation, she was first introduced to the world of pelvic health—a field she immediately felt passionate about. Since then, she has completed extensive training through Herman & Wallace, allowing her to treat a wide range of pelvic health conditions.

Like many physical therapists, Kelly’s own experience with injury sparked her career path. After sustaining injuries from running cross country and playing club soccer, she discovered how impactful it is to work with skilled professionals who can help people regain function, live pain-free, and return to the activities they love.

Her treatment style is holistic, often integrating Pilates- and yoga-based movement. She enjoys “playing detective” to uncover the root cause of symptoms and develop individualized care plans. Throughout her career, she has collaborated closely with physicians, mental health providers, dietitians, and other physical therapists to ensure her patients receive well-rounded, comprehensive care.

When she’s not in the clinic, Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband, Chris, and their dog, Tuna. A Chicagoland native and one of four sisters, she loves reformer Pilates and getting lost in a good fantasy romance novel.
