Patient-Centered Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy
The Envision Pelvic Health & Wellness DifferenceAt Envision Pelvic Health & Wellness, we believe pelvic floor physical therapy should feel different.
Why Envision Was CreatedYou deserve care that is personalized.
You deserve to be listened to.
You deserve real results.
Dr. Erika Darbro founded Envision Pelvic Health & Wellness after witnessing a growing disconnect in traditional healthcare. In high-volume settings, she saw how capable clinicians were constrained by systems that prioritized productivity, insurance rules, and packed schedules over patient outcomes.
Patients were often treated in busy gym spaces, scheduled alongside multiple people at once, or moved between providers. Appointments felt rushed. Conversations were cut short. Care was dictated by what insurance would allow, not what the patient truly needed to improve.
And the end result? Many people didn’t fully get better.
They were given exercises without fully understanding their bodies.
They were told their symptoms were “normal.”
They were discharged before true resolution and left managing symptoms instead of resolving them.
In pelvic health, where trust, privacy, safety, and education matter deeply, this model simply does not work.
At Envision, we believe pelvic floor physical therapy should lead to real results, delivered by experts who truly listen. Care should be one-on-one, individualized, and driven by progress, not quotas.
You Deserve The Best Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy
Envision was created to do pelvic health the way it should be done.
What We See in Traditional Care
Many patients come to us after experiences that left them feeling unseen or unheard. They sought help because something didn’t feel right in their bodies, but left without answers or improvement.
Too often, patients are told things like:
“This is normal after having kids.”
“It’s just part of getting older.”
“Try to relax more.”
“Have a glass of wine.”
In many traditional physical therapy models, patients experience:
Appointments that are limited by insurance visit caps rather than their actual progress
A provider who is balancing care for multiple patients at the same time
Sessions where much of the treatment is performed by aides or technicians
Rushed visits with little time for questions, education, or deeper conversation
Limited opportunity to evaluate the whole body and identify the root cause of symptoms
Too often, the result is that patients leave without real progress. They spend weeks or months in therapy without meaningful change.
Our Why: Care Without Compromise
At Envision Pelvic Health & Wellness, our “why” is simple:
To provide pelvic floor physical therapy without compromise.
That means:
One-on-one care every session with a licensed pelvic physical therapist, so you receive expert, focused care every time you walk through our doors.
Appointments that are not rushed, allowing space for listening, education, and thoughtful treatment so you fully understand your body and make meaningful progress.
A welcoming, supportive environment where patients feel safe and respected, so you can speak openly about symptoms that are often difficult to talk about.
Holistic, whole-body treatment that looks beyond symptoms to the root cause, so we can resolve the issue rather than simply help you manage it.
Personalized plans of care, because no two bodies or stories are the same, so your treatment is designed around your goals and the life you want to return to.
We believe healing happens when patients are truly seen, heard, and empowered.
Pelvic Health Is Personal. Your Care Should Be Too.Pelvic floor symptoms can affect the most intimate parts of life — bladder, bowel, sexual health, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and daily movement. These concerns deserve privacy, compassion, and expertise.
At Envision, we take the time to understand:
Your goals
Your history
Your body as a connected system
Everything about Envision Pelvic Health & Wellness is intentionally designed:
