Meet Dr. Erika
PT, DPT, PRPC, PRFS
FOUNDER OF ENVISION PELVIC HEALTH & WELLNESS
Hi, I’m so glad you’re here.
Like many who find their way into this work, my journey to pelvic health began with personal experiences—both as a patient and later as a mother navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and fertility challenges. I originally entered the field focused on orthopedics, but during my final clinical rotation in PT school, I was introduced to pelvic health—and everything changed. I saw firsthand how life-changing this care could be for people with issues often dismissed or misunderstood. It felt like a calling.
Over the years, I’ve pursued advanced training, including earning my PRPC and PRFS certifications, to better support individuals experiencing pelvic pain, recovering from C-sections, and navigating fertility. I’m a lifelong learner and committed to evidence-based care, but what drives me most is making patients feel seen, heard, and empowered.
After working in high-volume corporate and hospital settings, I grew increasingly frustrated with the lack of time and space to provide quality care. I wanted to create something different: a welcoming, supportive clinic where pelvic health is the priority—not an afterthought. A place where one-on-one care, whole-body treatment, and true connection come first.
In 2023, just three months postpartum with my second child, I opened the doors to Envision Pelvic Health & Wellness. With a vision (and a lot of coffee), I built the practice I had dreamed of—one rooted in compassion, expertise, and community. Today, I’m proud to work alongside a team of like-minded women offering care that meets patients where they are and helps guide them where they want to be.
Outside of the clinic, you can find me hiking, traveling, playing softball or volleyball, and working toward my goal of visiting every U.S. national park. I’m also a proud coffee enthusiast—so if you ever want to swap national park recs or favorite local cafés, I’m all ears.
