Dealing with SI joint pain? Here’s how I approach it as a pelvic PT. 
I start simple with:
🧘‍♀️ Child’s pose rocking – opens up the hips and lengthens the pelvic floor
🧱 Yoga block under one knee – creates asymmetry and promotes hip mobility
🕊️ Dynamic pigeon pose – stretches deep hip rotators that tug on the SI joint
🍑 Quadruped hip hikes – activates glute med for stability and support It’s all about improving the muscles around the SI joint through mobility and stability.
