Pelvic pain is complex and can feel different for every individual. It might present as aching, burning, pressure, or sharp pain in the lower abdomen, perineum, genitals, or tailbone. The discomfort may be constant or triggered by specific activities like sitting, intercourse, exercise, or bowel and bladder movements.
